Meet the Team

Craig brings over 30 years in listed and OTC derivatives clearing and prime services, with leadership roles at HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Bank and Marex Australia. Eighteen of those years were spent in Asia before he relocated to Sydney, building relationships across banks, superannuation funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and central banks. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads TriVesta Funds' strategy, distribution and institutional relationships.

John Schwartz serves as Compliance Manager at TriVesta and brings over 35 years of experience in financial services. He has extensive expertise in AFSL compliance and previously held senior roles in commercial lending within Australian banks. His long-standing focus on regulatory compliance supports TriVesta’s commitment to transparency and strict adherence to regulatory standards. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of Economics from The University of Queensland.

Ben Kilmartin serves as Compliance and Risk Manager at TriVesta, bringing over 25 years of global investment experience. He was formerly Global Head of Currency Clients in New York, where he managed $100 billion for central banks, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds. At TriVesta, he established the firm’s risk management framework and ensures full AFSL compliance. His strategic insight and deep expertise are central to risk control and fund oversight. He holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford, an Investment Management Certificate (IIMR), is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
